Picking up your hire car at City of Derry Airport

How to collect your car: On arrival at the terminal, turn left to the car rental desks. If the Avis desk is not manned, pleasewalk out the main exit door and go to the end of the car park where the Avis office is located.

Returning your hire car to Avis Derry Airport: Our Derry Airport car hire branch is located inside the perimeter of the airport and only 10 miles from Derry city and less than one hour's drive from main attractions including the Giants Causeway and Glens of Antrim.

If you are returning your car outside opening hours, please park the car in the main car park and leave the keys in the drop off box located inside the Terminal building by the Avis desk.

Please note, the car park will be locked and secured during periods when the airport is closed.

Saturday: 05:00 – 17:45

Sunday: 08:00 – 21:45
