Fårup Sommerland

Voergaard Castle

Aalborg Airport is around a 15-minute drive (via Thistedvej and Route 55) from Aalborg – a modern and diverse city offering a selection of museums, restaurants and cutting edge attractions.

The Franciscan Friary Museum can be reached by an elevator outside a department store and features an old chapel, walled cellar and displays documenting its excavation and history.
If you’re looking for outdoor activities, head to Østerdalen – a large valley that the river Glåma (the largest and longest in Norway) runs through. Just a 25-minute drive from Aalborg Airport, you’ll be able to spot numerous birds and animals within the 100 hectares of water meadows, lakes and forest.
